We rent to two adults only 21 years of age or older. Rates may be adjusted without notice. A 2-night minimum stay is required.

Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
Deposit: Advance 50% deposit required for reservations.
Cancellations: A 21-day notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 21 days
notice are subject to forfeiture of full deposit. There will be a $45 processing fee for
all cancellations.
Pets: No animals allowed.
No Smoking/Excessive Wear and Tear Policy: No smoking (we value your health and
our land). Smoking or excessive wear and tear on the premises will result in additional
charges.
Security deposit and cleaning fee may be required
